If I want to make a journal or publish an article that’s peer reviewed and free .. and has a doi& gets indexed by pubmed etc – is this actually possible? How do you get a doi and work indexed by one of the big engines?

Probably better subs for this but couldn’t find one! Point me in the right direction 🙂
