Could Delhi HC force Sci-Hub to stop submitting content and not any other court?
Not trying to make fun or insult India’s judiciary system.
It just makes me sad… frustrated… and I just find it highly surprising. First, it was my understanding that SH servers were all around the globe, so how can ONE “local” court rule a ban on new material added?
SH was untouchable, and extremely well protected given that on the US there were a plethora of cases against the platform, yet it kept going like usual.
Therefore it is that I, a person unknowledgeable of laws, see this as total BS.
So please. Explain it to me.
