How do you access papers published in 2022?

Hey everyone. I’m applying to grad school this year and searching for faculty who work in areas of my interest. Usually I read 3-4 of their recent papers to get a general idea of what they work on. Most faculty I’m looking at have published a lot this year and I can’t access any of these recent papers. Anyone have any pointers or hacks?
