Working torrent download links?

Where can I find some working torrent download links? Everything I can find is either disabled or offline?

Finally got faster internet and enough storage to download these but now the links are dead lol.

Looking to download everything from both sci-hub and libgen (I know not directly affiliated but figured can’t hurt to ask here as well) and then setup a local seed box to help everyone else and local mirror for using them myself.
